What is a voucher
A gift voucher is a means of payment for Lázně Pramen services. It covers any treatment in full - it is not a discount, but a complete form of payment.
How to purchase
Select a value, enter the recipient's name and email address, and pay by card. The voucher is issued immediately after payment.
Validity period
The expiry date is printed on the voucher and is calculated from the date of purchase.
How to redeem
When booking or at reception, provide the code from your voucher or scan the QR code. We'll take care of the rest.
Partial redemption
Value vouchers may be used in instalments - the remaining balance is available until the voucher expires.
Delivery & withdrawal
The voucher is delivered by email immediately, or on a date of your choosing. For online purchases you have 14 days to withdraw, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.

Simply pay the difference on the spot or at the time of booking. The voucher acts as payment up to its full value.
How quickly will the voucher arrive?
Immediately after successful payment - the PDF voucher is sent to the email address provided. You may also select a specific delivery date, for example for a birthday.
Can I return the voucher?
