2. Scope of Services

The operator provides wellness and relaxation services at Dejvická 255/18, Prague 6, including:

• Beer baths (bathing in oak or larch tubs with hops, malt and brewer's yeast)
• Wine baths (bathing in larch tubs with wine extracts, grape seed, honey and herbs)
• "Two in One" combination (beer + wine bath in one visit)
• V.I.P. packages (cedar phyto-sauna, massage, bath)
• Delux Wine SPA (wine therapy with body scrub, wrap and massage)
• Salt cave massages (relaxation, lymphatic drainage, Himalayan SPA Ritual)
• Gift vouchers

3. Reservation and Contract

3.1 How to Book

Reservations can be made:

• Via the online booking system on our website

3.2 Confirmation

A reservation is binding upon receipt of a confirmation email from the operator. The confirmation includes the date, time, service type and total price.

3.3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the website and in the booking system, inclusive of VAT. The operator reserves the right to change prices; the price valid at the time of booking confirmation applies to that reservation.

4.1 Payment Methods

• Online card payment at the time of booking
• Payment on site (cash or card)
• Gift voucher

4.2 Deposit

The operator may require a deposit or full prepayment, particularly for V.I.P. packages and group bookings.

5. Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling is free of charge at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Send cancellation requests to info@laznepramen.cz or call us.

Right of withdrawal: As these are leisure services with a specific performance date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to § 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code.

6. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
• Vouchers are transferable to another person.
• The voucher must be presented (printed or electronic) when redeeming.
• If the service price exceeds the voucher value, the client pays the difference on site.

7. Arrival and Visit

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your reservation time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be shortened or cancelled without refund.
• Towels, bathrobe and slippers are provided on site (if included in the package).
• Showering before the bath is mandatory.
• Bath time is approximately 20 minutes, followed by rest on a straw bed by the fireplace.

7.1 Post-Treatment Recommendations

• For optimal skin benefits, we recommend avoiding showering for at least two hours after the bath treatment.
• If you wear a swimsuit during the treatment, rinse it thoroughly in clean water immediately afterwards and machine-wash it the same day.

8. Rules of Conduct

Clients must:

• Follow staff instructions
• Be respectful to other guests and to the facilities
• Not use mobile phones in the bath areas (respect others' privacy)
• Not smoke anywhere on the premises (including e-cigarettes)
• Not bring their own alcohol or food
• Comply with hygiene regulations
• For safety reasons, do not handle any equipment in the treatment rooms other than the beer and beverage taps
• Do not use electrical outlets or connect any personal devices
• Photography and video recording of an erotic nature are strictly prohibited on the entire premises

The operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone visibly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or violating the rules of conduct, without refund.

8.1 Liability for Equipment Damage

If any equipment or furnishings are damaged, the client will be charged the repair cost or the replacement value of the damaged item.

Violation of the no-smoking and open-flame prohibition will result in a penalty equal to the full price of the booked service plus full compensation for all damages incurred.

If erotic material recorded on the premises is published or distributed, the operator will seek financial compensation for reputational harm.

8.2 Safety and Premises

• The client acknowledges that the premises may contain slippery surfaces, low doorways, stairs and thresholds, and agrees to exercise due caution throughout the visit.
• Security cameras are installed in common areas in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
• A call button is available in each treatment room to summon staff when needed.

9. Health Restrictions

Baths and massages have the following health restrictions:

General contraindications: acute inflammatory processes, elevated body temperature (above 37 °C), cardiovascular insufficiency, severe hypertension, oncological diseases, skin infections and open wounds. Treatments are also not recommended during pregnancy, thrombophlebitis, epilepsy, tendency to bleeding and individual intolerance to ingredients.

Beer baths: not recommended for diabetes, allergy to beer ingredients, recent heart surgery and alcohol dependence.

Wine baths: metabolic disorders, acute infections, allergy to red grape products, tendency to bleeding, skin diseases, oncological diseases.

Meals: we recommend taking a bath no earlier than 1-2 hours after eating. The minimum safe interval is 30-60 minutes to avoid discomfort, cramps, fainting and strain on the heart. During the treatment we offer light snacks - this is safe and sufficient for a comfortable experience.

Clients must inform staff of any health conditions before the service begins. Consult a doctor if in doubt. The operator is not liable for health complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

10. Age Restrictions

Services are for persons aged 18 and over. Persons aged 15-17 may use the services only when accompanied by a legal guardian. Persons under 15 are not admitted to the wellness area.

11. Operator Liability

• The operator is liable for damages caused by a demonstrable breach of its obligations.
• The operator is not liable for valuables not deposited at the reception.
• The operator is not liable for health issues arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
• Total liability is limited to the price of the service paid.

12. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please report it immediately to staff on site, or within 14 days by email to info@laznepramen.cz. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, images, graphics, logos, videos) is protected by copyright law. Any use beyond personal purposes requires prior written consent of Lázně Pramen s.r.o.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.

16. Final Provisions

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Existing reservations are subject to the terms valid at the time of booking confirmation.
